The beauty of this ancient science is that it has not only lived for thousands of years, and it not just provides any xyz solution to a problem but in it's utter purity, it has proven the test of times. The yoga science also gives us the complete know-how on not just how we should do any practices but also lets us know that why we need to them and the necessities of eradicating the problems we face in day to day life.
