A healthy body is essential for a longer and happy life. This unique program is offered in three levels. Each level progresses into the next level of understanding of the body according to the Yoga Wisdom & Ayurveda Science of holistic well being.
This program carefully designed and delivered by Yoga Therapist Yogacharya Vineeta Sharma, MSc Yoga, consists of lectures and hands on easy practices which can be done on the chair or using a mat. The aim of the program is to have a better understanding of yoga and its usage in day to day living.
Through this program, you will be able to deepen your understanding of the Yoga Wisdom as well as the understanding on the coordination movement of the body, breath and movement. You will also learn the easy, hands on practices to carry on your daily practice at your convenience in your home. Duration of each program is 3 hours. There is no pre-requisite for Level 1 but Level 2 and 3 can be attended only after participating in the previous levels.
